Cao Chong (曹冲; 196-208) was a son of Cao Cao.
Biography[]
Cao Chong was the son of the You Province warlord Cao Cao. Due to his young age, he was considered a possible successor to his father, replacing Cao Pi as a heir presumptive. In AD 208, Cao Chong fell ill and perished during his father's campaign against Liu Bei, and Cao Pi was definitely made the chief heir.
